I have all my DVDs on sale in my website. These are all lower priced than my listings in ebay. These include:
Lake Erie Walleye 2009
Advanced Walleye techniques, trolling crankbaits, using clip-on sinkers, using planers and more. Filmed around the Bass Islands western Lake Erie
Big Walleye Big Water
Filmed on the Mississippi River, but the techniques will work on any body of water.
Fillet Fish Fast with Electric Knife
I can clean a bluegill in 20 seconds, see how I do it in this DVD
How to Tie Jigs
How to tie bucktail jigs, hair jigs, bass jigs, tie leaders and much more.
I am working on my newest edition of Big Walleye Big Water. It will have much better quality footage.
Ebay has again raised their fees. I was going to reopen my store but they price has went up substantially and it is hardly worth it. Even without the store fee I pay too much. For a $6 DVD, paypal charges 50 cents, ebay charges 30 cents to list it regardless on whether it sells or not, so figuring in that only 50% sells, that equals 45 cents listing fee. On top of that, they charge 15% for media listings, which includes DVDs and that comes out to about 80 cents. Add all this up and it costs me about $2.00. Now my website isn’t free, it costs me about $200 a year, plus all my work which took years, but even so I can offer my fishing DVDs at a lower price than ebay. When the new higher fees take affect in march, I will have to raise my prices in ebay.
