How it’s Going With My Photography

I have been hanging around in the canon forum trying to learn new things from others, so I am progressing. Having the second camera, the canon T1i is working out great and I am happy I decided to have both at the ready in the boat. If I catch a fish, I can quick get some photos of it jumping and if a bird flies by seconds later the larger lens camera is at the ready.

I bought a granulated lens and found it spins with focus so that is only for certain conditions, like to get one shot with a tripod. It certainly isn’t for snapping photos from a boat. I decided to by a dark lens cover to be able to see the fish better while under water and to block some of the sun glare on the water.

I bought a new macro extension tube but two weeks later I am still waiting for it to get here. I do like taking photos of bugs and this should be fun, if I get it.
