Fishing November 2nd

As much as I want to I’m no going fishing today because things are still too unstable. The Mississippi River around Fulton dropped a bunch, and the flow shot up to around 100,000. This means they need to change the rollers or they just did. It means the lakes, which I was considering fishing, again have low water. The main river level is normal but the flow is about 5 times as much current as it should be.

The Rock River River is slow to fall, it dropped just below 6′ where it peaked but I expect a big drop coming soon.

So even though it’s a nice day with a full moon, I will wait for better river conditions.
