DC-33 Airshow in Rockfalls Part 2

The DC-3 was a popular dependable plane used by the armed forces and private airlines. Some of these planes actaully fought in WW2. This was the last get together of the DC-3 planes which met in Rockfalls for a showing, then flew to Wisconsin to fly in formations for the last time. We went on two planes as most planes had open doors for the public. These photos were taken by Dave Tackett, owner of Fisheadtackle and they are copyrighted. These photos are available in Zazzle
