Using Clip-on Trolling Sinkers
For Big Lakes and Rivers; I have caught two Walleye over 11 pounds and numerous ten pounders on Lake Erie and the Mississippi River using my Clip-on Sinkers. This dvd shows several big fish being caught using these sinkers with good explanations on how to use them. These sinkers can be used for bass and walleye on wingdams or trolling sloughs, weed edges, main river and more.
Same techniques work anywhere. I have encoperated my techniques from the river to lake Erie, and Lake Erie to the rivers. People stare at me because they haven't seen anyone do what I'm doing on the river, using planer boards, trolling sinkers and all. Fishing shallow reefs on Lake Erie is problem either, I can go from 40 feet to 6 feet and keep my baits close to the bottom the whole way. This may seem impossible, but I do it and I caught two Walleye over 11 pounds doing just that. They were twin fish both 33.5 inches, and it they would have had eggs in them I might have broke the lake record twice. I have caught so many Bass over 5 pounds I couldn't keep track of them all.
Using Planer Boards

Planer boards are an important technique for serious fisherman. They work on all bodys of water and they even work for catfish. Imagine fishing half way across a river with strong current!
