Actually I tried to throw it back but I kept it out of the water too long and I couldn't revive it. I had 2 boats circling me so I had to wait to get away from them and it died. The big walleye aren't as good to eat as the smaller ones. There is nothing better than a two pound walleye vs a big one.
Really? I didn't know that. I don't think I've ever eaten Walleye. Matter of fact I've not eaten too many different kind of fish. Catfish, Redfish, Red Snapper and Trout is about it. Mostly Catfish.

Yes thats true for most meats, younger is more tender and better tasting.
I love the white fish from culver's. I could eat that everyday.
