About the guide: I have been fishing the Mississippi River for over 30 years for Walleye. I have fished a lot of Walleye and Bass tournaments and usually placed in the top ten and won many.
I have fished most all of the northern pools from pool 7 to 19.
Where: I fish pools 13 and 14, and the Rock River from Dixon to Sterling.
When: I guide from early spring to late Fall.
*Summer Walleye is best on the Mississippi River;
*Spring Walleye on the Mississippi River
*Fall fishing on both rivers
Boat: 16' Alumacraft Dominator - I can take out two adults at a time.
Price: I charge $130 each for an 8 hour day. $75 each for half days.
How: The fishing is jigging wingdams and trolling crankbaits.
Includes: I furnish all equipment, tackle and bait but you can bring your own rods and reels, tackle and life jackets if you prefer. Bring your own raincoat.
I will have a cooler in the boat for drinks. Please do not brink a large cooler or large tackle box. You can bring a favorite pole if you wish but I furnish everything else.
If you are looking for fishing spots you must let me know which area you want to fish.
